We aim to give an excellent service and experience to all customers, however, sometimes, issues arise which are out of our hands, which may make you want to return your order.
Glam & Chic Home will only cover the cost of customer returns, if your product is damaged or has a malfunction which makes it un-usable, and an image is sent to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the product is fine, or no image is received by the support team within 48 hours, unfortunately, you will have to cover the cost of returning your item.
Once we receive your return, after an inspection of the product, we will process your refund ASAP. If you paid for our Express Delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to refund that extra fee.
